The IHS contracting officer has determined that McManis Associates, Inc. is uniquely capable of satisfying the agency's requirements.

The primary objective of this procurement is to update and maintain the Chargemaster system, including Revenue Codes and HCPCS/CPT codes, to ensure proper charging strategies, accurate data flow, and compliance with Medicare guidelines for billing and regulatory reporting. The anticipated period of performance spans from February 16, 2026, through February 15, 2031, with a base period and four option periods included in the contract structure. Interested vendors must submit responses by 8:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, demonstrating clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government; responses received after this deadline will not be reviewed. The vendor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and equipment to perform the required services. This Notice of Intent is not a competitive solicitation and no competitive quotes will be accepted; however, the agency is inviting challenge submissions prior to final contract award.
