The solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561621 with a $25 million size standard, targeting security systems services. The initial contract will cover maintenance of 27 cameras, 1 monitor, and 239 card readers, with work initially performed at 2957 Clairmont Road in Atlanta, Georgia, and relocating to 2233 Lake Park Drive in Smyrna, Georgia during Q4 FY25-26. The period of performance includes a base year from February 17, 2025, to February 16, 2026, with potential option years to follow. The contract includes fixed hourly rates for maintenance services and an annual not-to-exceed allowance of $8,800 for parts and equipment. Contractors must provide a 6-hour emergency response time and maintain required software and system certifications. The VA reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation, emphasizing the competitive nature of the procurement process.
