About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks quarterly preventative maintenance inspections and unscheduled outage response services for over 200 closed circuit television cameras and associated equipment across 16 buildings at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. The 375th Contracting Squadron is procuring these non-personal services through a single-award fixed-price contract made to the responsible offeror providing the best value based on past performance and price factors. Proposals are due by 11:30am Central time on March 28, 2022 and shall be submitted electronically to the contract specialist and contracting officer.
The requirement has been set aside for total small business and will be performed at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois under NAICS code 334220 and PSC code R499. The contract base period is from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 with four one-year option periods through March 31, 2027. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, testing, cleaning and servicing over 200 cameras and associated equipment on a quarterly basis according to manufacturer specifications to maintain security monitoring across the base and respond to unscheduled outages within defined timelines.

CCTV Camara Maintenance- This is a non-personal services contract to provide quarterly Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) of Scott AFB cameras system to include all other associated equipment such as digital recording devices, camera housing units and cabling. The contractor will also be responsible for service responses for unscheduled camera and associated equipment outages as outlined in this PWS. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
The Base Camera System is an enhanced security measure. The cameras provide monitoring of all customers entering and exiting facilities on Scott AFB. The cameras also assist the Base Defense Operations Center in monitoring facilities during and after normal duty hours.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform quarterly PMI as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government property and services (see attached List of Equipment). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
Inspect, test, clean and service all CCTV cameras and associated equipment. PMI work shall be accomplished in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer and maintenance manuals specifications for that specific equipment. Restore unscheduled service outages within the timelines outlined in this PWS. All the required work will be accomplished in accordance with United States Air Force regulations and industry standards.
