The contractor must also sub-contract with a qualified Cantor to sing all parts of the Mass, with cantor funding included in the contract quote. Evaluation will be based primarily on technical acceptability and fair and reasonable pricing, with past performance assessed through the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The offer due date is February 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with quotations to be submitted electronically to Contract Specialist Gabrielle Woolfolk and Contracting Officer Kellie Holley.

The scope requires approximately 15-20 units of service per week, with historically two to three funeral or memorial services annually. The place of performance is Marine Corps Base Quantico, Quantico, Virginia 22134, and payment will be made on a firm fixed-price basis via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) with NET 30 terms upon invoice submission to DoDAAC M30004.
