About this opportunity
Summary of Key Details:
The U.S. Army Futures Command (AFC) International is seeking prototype project solutions related to the Foreign Technology Assessment Support (FTAS) Program. The FTAS program serves to assess potentially game-changing technologies discovered in friendly foreign nations which may meet future Army needs. Eligible entities include traditional and non-traditional defense contractors who can provide information useful in making early assessments of a technology's potential contributions to the Army's science and technology strategy. Proposals will be evaluated on technical merit, contribution to Army priorities, performer capabilities, and cost. Interested parties may submit a white paper and full proposal on an ongoing basis until the closing date of September 30, 2025.
This opportunity is unrestricted, with no set-aside designation. The government anticipates awarding multiple Other Transaction (OT) prototype project agreements, with most awards expected to be between $10,000-$200,000. The government reserves the right to transition successful prototypes into production without additional competition.
