About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks information to conduct a five-year review of the existing electrical arc flash hazard analysis study at its Martinsburg Capital Region Readiness Center facility. The study must review 99 high voltage electrical devices across equipment types to confirm there have been no significant changes impacting safety compliance. Interested parties must respond by February 19, 2024 to inform acquisition planning for professional services meeting the scope and qualifications in the attached performance work statement and sources sought notice. Evaluation will consider the party's status as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and ability to comply with limitations on subcontracting.
The pre-solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 541715 and has no identified incumbents. Responses were to provide pricing estimates for the five-year study and confirm interest in a future solicitation to ensure the 65,000 square foot facility's continued safety and compliance with electrical safety regulations over 99 devices for the next performance period.
