About this opportunity
The Air Force Sustainment Center seeks to establish a five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to provide serviceable Ram Air Turbopumps and depot level repair services for the C-5 Galaxy aircraft. Offerors must be registered in the Joint Certification Program and approved to view export controlled technical data. The contractor shall perform repairs in accordance with applicable technical manuals, deliver assets per the negotiated schedule, and report asset information in the Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force system. Proposals are due by October 31, 2023 and will be evaluated based on the offeror's ability to meet requirements for quality, delivery performance, and reporting procedures.
There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. The primary NAICS code is 811310 and PSC code is J019. The place of performance will be at the contractor's facility in South Base, Georgia. The contract consists of a one year basic ordering period and four one-year option periods, to obtain repair services and turbopumps on an as-needed basis over the five year term. C-5 Ram Air Turbopump (RAT)
The Air Force has a requirement to repair the C-5 Ram Air Turbopump for
use by the United States Air Force (USAF) in support of the C-5 Galaxy cargo
aircraft.

Synopsis for this requirement is being issued by AFSC/PZAAB (FA8538).
The intent of this acquisition is to establish a five (5) year contract
consisting of a one year basic and four (4) one-year ordering
periods.
NSNs are as follows:
1. 1650004504819 NOUN: C-5 Ram Air Turbopump BEQ: 6
Interested parties SHALL be registered in the Joint Certification Program
and approved to view Export Control, and SHALL submit evidence of their
certification in order to obtain the associated technical data packages.
The Government owns repair technical data for the RAT Pump in the form
of a Technical Order (T.O) 9P12-6-3. The Government does not own the
rights to the item specific test equipment.
