This amendment identifies the following changes and revisions:
An UPDATED Engineering Change Order (ECO), 201427660 Revision A, has been revised to include omitted dimensions.
The solicitation scheduled date for submission of quotes has been changed from: 24 Aug 17, 5:30 pm, EST., to 5 Sep 17, 5:30 pm, EST.
The government has provided a comparison chart indicating the corresponding Air Force part numbers that are equivalent to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part numbers.
The delivery schedule has been revised from 240 calendar days to 385 calendar days.

This acquisition will be for Small Businesses.
The government intends to establish a Competitive Small Business Supply contract using Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to replace and install lavatories and associated components with a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution. It will be a FFP contract; Basic 1- year plus four - 1-year option periods. The government owns technical data and engineering data. Requirement is to be able to procure, manufacture, package and ship the component parts necessary for the C-5 Lavatory Modification Kit. The Kits consist of a variety of aircraft rated parts composing of the following types: machined metal brackets; manufactured fiberglass trim panels; Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) lavatory system components such as valves, connectors and motors; and commercial bench stock hardware components such as clamps, nuts, bolts and washers. All of these various types of components combined and packaged together will make up the C-5 Lavatory Modification Kit.
