Functional and performance testing phases include pre-functional checkout, emergency and failover modes, integrated load testing with maximum 5-degree Fahrenheit temperature drop limits, and alarm and safety notification verification. Work must be completed during standard business hours (6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) with 24-hour advance notice for deviations. Performance period is 180 calendar days from notice to proceed, with work commencing within 10 days of notice.
