The current incumbent contractor is Roberts Treescaping, LLC, though no specific contract value or budget range is disclosed in the solicitation documents. The contract structure includes a base year running from August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026, followed by four additional one-year option periods extending through January 2031, plus a potential six-month extension. The performance will take place at Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora, Colorado, with the contractor required to provide their own office trailer and temporary facilities at their expense. The scope includes maintaining various specialized areas such as athletic fields, rock beds, and surface drainage systems, with specific annual workload estimates including 325 tree pruning events and 35 tree and stump removals.
