The Statement of Work specifies stringent measurement performance requirements, including maximum permissible errors ranging from 0.012 millimeters to 0.072 millimeters across 6-axis and 7-axis accuracy configurations. Hardware must operate across a temperature range of 5 to 45 degrees Celsius (storage –30 to 70 degrees), deliver 6-micron accuracy resolution, and carry an IP54 protection rating. The required configuration includes the H00045551 Hexagon Absolute Arm V3P 7-Axis, AS1 Kit, certified length standard, controller, dust cover, probes, software, wireless connectivity, magnetic base with mounting ring, portable precision carbon tripod, universal power supply holder kit, tripod transportation case, and portable base station with accessories. Government acceptance testing will occur within 10 business days of delivery and will verify hardware and documentation integrity, manufacturer's Certificate of probing accuracy per ISO 10360-12, and functional operation of the system.
This is a firm fixed-price acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable small business offeror meeting size and responsibility requirements, evaluated sequentially on price, size compliance, technical acceptability, responsibility, and price reasonableness. The Nonmanufacturer Rule does not apply due to estimated value below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
