About this opportunity
The U.S. Department of State's Embassy London is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for vehicle maintenance, repair, and MOT inspection services through this solicitation. The services must be performed for American-manufactured vehicles at a facility within one mile of 33 Nine Elms Lane, London SW11 7US, with qualified contractors required to demonstrate proven experience in servicing these vehicles. Key requirements include providing 24/7 on-call support and maintaining secure parking facilities for government vehicles. Interested vendors must submit pricing information via email to Procurement_Box7@state.gov with the subject line referencing BPA I.D. #19UK5626A0006, with quotations due no later than 17:00 GMT on February 20, 2026. While the solicitation notice does not specify formal evaluation criteria, the Statement of Work indicates that the government will assess price reasonableness and the contractor's capability to meet Embassy requirements on an ongoing basis.
This solicitation uses no set-aside designation and identifies no incumbent contractors. The estimated aggregate value of the BPA is £185,000 (approximately USD 250,000,000 as of January 2026), with individual service calls capped at £3,000 (approximately USD 4,000 per call). The BPA does not constitute a binding contract but rather establishes terms under which authorized government personnel may place service calls on an as-needed basis; the government reserves the right to discontinue the arrangement and seek alternative vendors if performance requirements are not met. Services will be performed in London, United Kingdom, with all work focused on maintaining and repairing the Embassy's fleet of American-manufactured vehicles. Contractors must comply with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and Department of State overseas procurement requirements, including cybersecurity protocols, personnel identity verification, and export control compliance.
