The Contractor must provide vehicle maintenance, vehicle repair, and MOT (Ministry of Transport) inspection services for American-manufactured vehicles at a facility located within one mile of 33 Nine Elms Lane, London SW11 7US. The Contractor is required to offer twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week on-call support and maintain secure parking for Government vehicles. The estimated aggregate value of the BPA is £185,000 (approximately USD 250,000,000 as of January 2026), with individual calls not to exceed £3,000 (approximately USD 4,000). Vendors must submit indicative pricing to enable the Embassy to assess price reasonableness.

The Government reserves the right to discontinue placing calls under the BPA and seek services from alternative sources if the Contractor is unable or unwilling to meet Embassy requirements. Contractors must demonstrate prior experience performing these services on American-manufactured vehicles.
