The total estimated purchase volume is up to $29,000 per company, with individual orders under the BPA limited to a maximum of $10,000 per purchase. The BPA will have a 12-month duration with a potential one-year extension, and the Embassy intends to award BPAs to multiple vendors who meet the technical and pricing requirements. Payment will be processed within 30 days via Electronic Funds Transfer, with contractors required to submit monthly summary invoices by the 25th of each month. The place of performance is Brasília, Federal District, Brazil, where the Embassy's facility maintenance operations are located.
