The United States Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground is conducting a sources sought market research to identify potential suppliers for bottled water delivery services. The procurement will support the Directorate of Public Works and requires a contractor capable of providing natural spring water in various container sizes to 14 locations serving approximately 377 employees. The market research aims to determine qualified sources who can deliver bottled water with comprehensive services, including chemicals, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and technical expertise. The anticipated monthly delivery will include approximately 300 five-gallon bottles, with requirements for bi-monthly or monthly deliveries depending on location and a 24/7/365 emergency delivery capability within 24 hours of notification. Contractors must provide bottom-loading hot/cold water dispensers with a five-year lifecycle replacement and maintain quality control programs that meet Defense Health Agency Public Health standards. Deliveries will be restricted to Monday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays, with a one-for-one exchange of empty bottles for full bottles at each delivery point.

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT Market Survey. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does it issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army Contracting Command, Tenant Division, Facilities Branch is conducting this source sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of providing Bottled Water for Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in support of Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The purpose of this Market Research is to identify sources that can provide all chemicals, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, technical expertise and incidental services necessary to provide bottled water in accordance with the attached specifications.
