Required specifications include minimum 60 horsepower, all-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, lugged tires, 2,000-pound cargo box capacity, 4,000-pound towing capacity, 1,500-pound lift arm capacity, hydraulic dump cargo box, 3,000 PSI auxiliary hydraulic pressure, block heater, enclosed cab, and attachment compatibility with currently owned Bobcat equipment including "V" plow blade, brush/broom fixture, 84-inch straight blade, and dozer blade. The machines must include attachment and traction control and standard road safety features. The optional third machine (AGE Toolcat) requires additional capability to operate more than 45 attachments, receiver hitch, high-flow/pressure hydraulics, tachometer, interior trim, radio option, and rear-view camera.
Award will be to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors. Quotes must remain valid through September 30, 2026. Submit questions and completed quotes to Joseph C.
