CST on 17 April 2025, and quotes due by 10:00 A.M. CST on 24 April 2025, with submissions to be emailed to Jack Caniglia and Robin Powers.
The solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 315250, with a size standard of 750 employees. The BPA has a total master limit of $7,253,900 over five years, with individual calls not to exceed $250,000. Performance will be located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) in San Antonio, TX 78236. The contract will cover a range of uniform items including specialized gear like campaign hats, hat straps, instructor patches, and various clothing items in specific colors and sizes tailored to military training instructors. Successful contractors will be expected to provide delivery tickets, comply with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for payments, and adhere to specific federal holiday schedules at the base.
