The project encompasses equipment removal and disposal, concrete pad preparation, vibration isolation installation, piping and valve installation, BACnet system integration, and manufacturer-certified startup procedures, all of which must comply with UFC standards, IBC, IMC, IPC, IECC, NEC, and NFPA codes. Prospective contractors must demonstrate experience with HVAC design-build projects, coordinate with base environmental and security protocols, and manage comprehensive environmental protection requirements including stormwater management, hazardous waste disposal, and refrigerant handling compliance.
