About this opportunity
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for rent comparability study services for multifamily housing properties in the Southeast region. The BPAs will have a 5-year period of performance under firm-fixed unit pricing. HUD will evaluate offers based primarily on prior experience, with price being a secondary factor using a Rates Only Pricing Evaluation technique.
