The contractor must provide 25-cubic-yard bear-proof or bear-resistant dumpsters at three ranger stations (Porcupine, Shell, and Burgess) and perform collection and disposal services on a call-when-needed basis during the May through November operational period each year. Pricing submissions must include rental fees for each location and service charges covering collection and estimated landfill disposal costs for all contract periods. The place of performance is located in Sheridan, Wyoming, with the three ranger stations serving as the operational service locations. FAR 52.222-41 Service Contract Labor Standards applies, requiring compliance with prevailing wage determinations for applicable Wyoming counties.
