This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside (NAICS 238220, $19,000,000 size standard).

Work includes mechanical cleaning and video inspection of a 4-inch HDPE sewer service connection line serving the Nome Dormitory facility. Deliverables due within 14 calendar days of completion include color CD/DVD video recordings with audio reports documenting pipe conditions, infiltration/exfiltration points, roots, storm connections, and collapsed sections; still digital photographs in JPEG format; and a written inspection report with recommendations. The contractor must provide existing condition and completion photos and maintain an organized index with dates and descriptions.

Performance period runs June 30, 2026, to October 5, 2026, with final acceptance required by August 30, 2026. The contract is firm fixed price. Vendors must submit documentation of two prior projects of similar size completed within the past five years and undergo background checks.
