Added: Jan 29, 2010 2:43 pm The project consists of the renovation of an existing resort area to a new campground on Baker Lake near the town of Concrete, WA. Work includes but is not limited to construction staking, clearing, and grubbing, removal and disposal of waste, excavation, embankment, crushed aggregate, road recondition, concrete curbs, campground trail, spur camps, tent pads, barrier rocks, barrier posts, picnic shelters, fences, information kiosks, entrance sign base, regulatory signs, gate, solar lights, building structures, water systems, generators, mobilization, and miscellaneous site work.



The project site is located at the existing Baker Lake Resort on the Mt. Baker Ranger District of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, Township 37 North, Range 09 East, Section 8, Whatcom County, WA..



Estimated issue date of the Solicitation will be in early March 2010. Contract work time is approximately 365 days. The estimated start work date is on or about May 02, 2010. The Government estimated price range is between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. This project is 100% set-aside for HUBzone small business. Bonding is required for this project.
