About this opportunity
The United States Marine Corps Training and Education Command Aviation Standards Branch seeks to procure contractor support services for the Aviation Training System. The contractor shall provide technical services and support including military flight training scheduling and simulation, training documentation, assessments, analysis, and participation in meetings requiring expertise in military and military training operations. Proposals will be evaluated based on staffing plans, management approaches, past performance references, and pricing for a base year and four option years. Proposals are due by January 12, 2023 with questions due by December 12, 2022.

The USMC Training and Education Command (TECOM), Aviation Standards Branch (ASB) has a requirement for contractor support for the Aviation Training System (ATS). ATS is the overarching aviation training structure that integrates and coordinates policy, manpower, equipment and fiscal requirements for Marine aviation officers and enlisted fleet level training. Contractor support is required to provide technical services and support for ASB in support of its execution of the Marine Corps’ ATS. Required Contractor support will be within the context of daily operations (military flight training scheduling/simulation, training support documentation, and other efforts requiring military and military training operations expertise), which may include the collection and management of information and data, conduct of assessments and analysis, participation in information and planning meetings, liaison with training centers and schools; and periodic briefings and reports including technical and analytical support Training & Readiness (T&R development, Core Competency Resource Model (CCRM) support), Marine Aviation Training Sites (MATSS) support, and Program Management.
