The purpose of Amendment 0008 is to respond to industry questions as follows:
QUESTION 1: Can you provide the current hardware listing at each site?
ANSWER 1: We are not requesting maintenance on the hardware so providing listing is not necessary.
QUESTION 2: Are the Virginia Beach and Dodge Pond locations remote gateways off the main Wallops Island CM?
ANSWER 2: No, each system is a stand-a-lone system and has its own Sold To Number.
QUESTION 3: Are Virginia Beach and Dodge Pond LSP sites or are they stand alone connected via SIP to Wallops Island?
ANSWER 3: No, Virginia Beach and Dodge Pond are stand-a- lone with individual local loop start POT lines.

The purpose of Amendment 0007 is to respond to an industry question as follows:
QUESTION 1: Should Upgrade Labor be included in the 1 year maintenance price or as a separate line item?
ANSWER 1: Upgrade Labor costs, if applicable, should be included in accordance with the CLIN Structure established in the RFQ.

The purpose of Amendment 0006 is to respond to an industry question as follows:
QUESTION 1: Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under solicitation number N66604-17-Q-3127 contain requirements similar to a current contract, or is this a new requirement for the Government?
ANSWER 1: This is a new requirement for the three remote sites. However, similar services were provided under contract N66604-16-P-2618.

The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to respond to an industry question as follows:
QUESTION 1: Can the Government please provide an extension to Friday, September 15 at 2PM to allow time to ensure accurate quotes?
ANSWER 1: Due to our own oversight in providing the Sold To numbers and appropriate Avaya approval contact information the Government will be extending the closing date of the RFQ to Friday, Septmber 15 at 1400. The soliciation has been amended accordingly.

The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to respond to industry questions as follows:
QUESTION 1: Please consider changing the NAICS code 811213 with a small business set-aside standard of $11M. I do not believe that there are any Avaya Diamond Partners that are authorized by Avaya to sell to the federal government that fit this small business category.
ANSWER 1: The Governmnet has determined that the NAICS code 811213 is appropriate for this requirement.
QUESTION 2: For quoting purposes, can you privde the contact information (NAME, Phone, and Email) to approve offerors access to records via the Avaya CAT tool?

Amendment 0001:
The purpose of amendment 0001 is to respond to an industry question as follows:
QUESTION 1: It states N/A for set aside. But when I read the attached doc it states 11mill and under. Can you confirm this is not a small business set aside?
ANSWER 1: The requirement is intended as a 100% small business set aside, and the solicitation has been amended accordingly.

Added: Sep 06, 2017 2:14 pm The Naval Undersea Warfare Canter Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to renew support for the Avaya Communication Manager 6 (CM6) telephony system on a Brand Name basis, no substitutions allowed. See attached RFQ, Statement of Work (SOW), and redacted Brand Name Specification for more details.
