The contractor must provide comprehensive frame and body repair services, use only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, complete repairs within 60 days of receiving call orders, and maintain a repair facility within 100 miles of the Swanton, Vermont government facility. Technical responses are limited to 15 pages and must demonstrate the contractor's capability, technical approach, teaming arrangements, and project profile showing similar work completed within the past three years. Individual call orders under the Blanket Purchase Agreement are limited to $25,000, with the contract covering an estimated 10 vehicles requiring repair annually over a five-year performance period from the award date through July 31, 2030. The contract encompasses repair services for a diverse fleet including foreign and domestic cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and buses, with potential damage ranging from minor body work to complex frame repairs. Performance will take place at the contractor's facility, which must be strategically located within 100 miles of the CBP Swanton Sector facility in Swanton, Vermont. The government will be responsible for transporting damaged vehicles to and from the contractor's repair facility, with the actual number of repairs dependent on accident occurrences throughout the contract period.
