About this opportunity

The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office seeks firm-fixed-price quotations for repair of a 2016 RAM 1500 (VIN 1C6RR7KGXGS244616) and a 2022 GMC Terrain (VIN 3GKALTEV3NL103185) to original equipment manufacturer specifications, with quotations due August 24, 2026 at 0800 MDT and questions due August 11, 2026 at 1700 MDT. The procurement is a total small business set-aside restricted to NAICS 811111 (General Automotive Repair) with a $9 million size standard.

Performance runs September 1 through October 31, 2026, with delivery FOB Destination. The RAM 1500 will be delivered to the Kremmling Field Office; the GMC Terrain to the Little Snake Field Office in Craig, Colorado. Repair scope for the RAM 1500 includes right cab door opening panel repair, right front and rear door shell repair, right-rear pickup bed side panel repair with hazmat removal, tailgate shell replacement, and right rear pickup bed rail cover replacement, all requiring clearcoating, color sanding and buffing, feather edging, and priming. The GMC Terrain requires replacement and installation of front bumper assembly with associated components, bumper cover without park sensors, hood replacement with latch and weatherstrip, and engine/transaxle components. All work is performed at the contractor's facility; the contractor must furnish freight and transportation, including towing from both locations.

Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 120 days and reference all necessary repairs. The government prefers an all-or-none quotation but reserves the right to place multiple awards. Evaluation criteria include ability to meet specifications, warranty (minimum ten calendar years), past performance on timely completion, and period of performance capability, with price as the most significant factor. Service Contract Labor Standards apply per contractor location. Invoicing is through www.ipp.gov with 14-day prompt payment and progress payments. Contractors must maintain active SAM.gov registration and submit quotations to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov. Amendment 0001 authorizes in-person vehicle inspections at Kremmling and Craig field offices; Amendment 0002 provides vehicle VINs.
