About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Rock Island Arsenal (ACC Rock Island) has issued a Special Notice for the Army Data Platform (ADP) Virtual Industry Day scheduled for January 16, 2025. The notice announces a virtual event designed to provide industry participants with insights into the government's requirements, acquisition strategy, and contracting approach for a new data platform initiative. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is releasing draft Sections L and M for a Multi-Award Task Order Contract on behalf of the Program Executive Office Enterprise (PEO E). The event is open to all business types and is intended to improve dialogue and provide acquisition forecasting for the ADP program. This is not a formal solicitation and does not constitute a commitment to form a binding contract.
Contractors are invited to participate in the Virtual Industry Day and provide feedback on the draft contract sections through a specific process. Interested parties must submit their comments and questions using the provided Comment Matrix Excel file by January 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM Central Time, via email to specified Army contact addresses. The government plans to award between 3-6 contracts through a three-phase evaluation process that will assess technical corporate experience, technical and management approach, and sample task order oral demonstrations. Key requirements for potential contractors include demonstrating experience with data platforms supporting over 500 federal users, capabilities in data integration, security infrastructure, analytics, and visualization. The contract will be a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price, Labor Hour, and Time & Materials Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a focus on developing a comprehensive data platform to succeed the current Army Vantage platform by FY2027.
