The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA(FM&C)), is seeking to procure quarterly financial statements for the Army General Fund and Army Working Capital Fund, as well as annual financial statement compilation and publication services for the consolidated financial statements of the U.S. Department of the Army General Fund, Army Working Capital Fund, and Army Corps of Engineers Civil Works.
