About this opportunity

The Army Contracting Command at Anniston Army Depot issued an Area of Interest on June 3, 2026 (Revision 3), seeking a complete replacement camera monitoring system for the ANAD Test Track facility, with written solutions due by June 11, 2026 at 4:00 PM CDT.

The existing system, purchased in 2013, is at end-of-life with numerous non-operational cameras, poor video quality, and frequent outages that have compromised safety monitoring for test vehicle operations. The required solution must provide comprehensive coverage of the test track to capture vehicular traffic in both directions, vehicles entering and exiting pit lane and all four turns, wash rack operations, and sloped test area operations, with live feed delivered to a minimum of four large displays in the operator control booth. The system must retain 30 days of recorded data on local hard drives with accessible viewing and download capabilities for incident investigations. Core audio-visual components must be on-premises; cloud-based and wireless/Bluetooth cameras are unacceptable. Cameras must integrate lightning protection, connect via single-mode fiber (two strands per pole) terminating at Building 419G, and operate on voltages of 277V, 120V, or 24V supplied at existing pole locations; contractors must furnish step-down transformers and specify power and fiber requirements for government approval.

Interested parties must register in the System for Award Management. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT (RSVP deadline May 12, 2026). Questions are due by June 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. This AoI is issued under Commercial Solutions Opening W911KF-25-S-C0001-0008; the government is not obligated to award a contract, and any award is subject to fund availability and successful negotiations.
