The procurement is conducted under Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) W911KF25SC002, a continuously open acquisition vehicle authorized under Section 1823 of the FY26 National Defense Authorization Act and active through September 30, 2030.
ANAD requires Grade D certification testing of compressed breathing air samples in compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134(i)(1)(ii), using standards from Compressed Gas Association G-7.1 2018 and National Fire Protection Association 1989-2019. The contractor shall analyze 33 quarterly air samples annually (drawn in July, October, January, and April) and support up to 33 emergency air sample tests annually with overnight shipment capability. Test results must certify 14 specific analytes including oxygen, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and water content against defined allowable limits. The contractor must provide 24/7 availability for email, telephone, and text communications at no additional cost.
The contract period is one base year with four one-year option periods. All materials, tools, equipment, and labor are the contractor's responsibility. Questions are due by May 29, 2026.
