This comprehensive radar support effort includes core tasks such as continuous engineering support, configuration management, technical documentation, diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortage management, program management, and logistics support analysis for participating Air Forces including the United States Air Force, United States Navy, European Participating Air Forces, and Foreign Military Sales customers. All offerors must possess a valid U.S. security clearance of Secret or higher to respond to this RFP, as it includes classified information at the Secret level that must be handled in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual and Industrial Security Regulation. The government has noted that it does not own the data rights for this effort, which creates unique contractual considerations. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM local time on September 18, 2025, with the solicitation originally posted on May 21, 2025.

This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is specifically targeted as a sole source award to Northrop Grumman Corporation (CAGE code 97942). The contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity arrangement with a minimum value of $5,000 and a maximum ceiling of $488,000,000, with individual task order maximums of $80,000,000. The period of performance spans from November 2025 to October 2035, encompassing a base period and two option periods with firm fixed pricing for most line items. The contract carries a Defense Priorities and Allocations System priority rating of DO-A1, indicating its strategic importance for national defense requirements. Work will be performed to support F-16 radar systems globally, with the contractor required to provide various technical reports, status updates, and engineering support services throughout the contract duration. The government has explicitly stated that funds are not currently available and reserves the right to cancel the solicitation without reimbursing offeror costs.
