About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the APG 66/68 Radar Follow-on contract with Northrop Grumman. The CDRL outlines multiple data deliverables required throughout the contract, including progress and status reports, technical reports, logistics support analyses, inventory reports, presentation materials, and various technical documentation. Each data item specifies detailed submission requirements such as frequency (monthly, semi-annually, or as requested), distribution statements (primarily Distribution Statement D), and specific submission guidelines.

The contract requires Northrop Grumman to submit reports electronically in Microsoft Office format, with most documents marked with export control warnings due to technical data restrictions. Submissions must be made to AFLCMC/WAM at Hill Air Force Base, with most initial reports due within 30-60 calendar days after contract award. The documents are subject to government review, typically allowing 10 business days for comments, after which the contractor must submit updated reports incorporating feedback. All deliverables are to be submitted in English and are controlled under Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) guidelines.
