About this opportunity

The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base is conducting market research to identify potential sources for repair and return services of AN/AAR-47 Missile Warning System components, with capability survey responses due November 9, 2026. No set-aside is anticipated.

The government seeks contractors with production and repair data, expertise, and experience for 14 line replaceable units across multiple configurations (A(V)2, B(V)2, and D(V)2 variants), including Missile Warning Sets, Electro-Optic Countermeasure Sensors, Countermeasures Signal Processors, Countermeasures Set Controls, and Countermeasures Signal Simulators. Estimated repair volume is 2 to 5 items per year. Work supports both USAF personnel and Foreign Military Sales Partners.

The government has not determined security clearance requirements or the permissible level of foreign participation. Respondents must demonstrate classified material handling capabilities, technical data generation processes, repair procedures, configuration management, test and inspection capabilities, and warranty/return processes. Small businesses are encouraged to participate and should identify teaming arrangements and areas suitable for small business set-asides.

Responses to the Capability Survey (Parts I and II) must be submitted via email in readable electronic format with attachments not exceeding 10 MB to Program Manager Cameshia Williams, Exportability Officer Owen Moorehead, Engineering Sean Jones, Contracting Officer Mellissa Smith, and Contract Specialist Kathie Stone.
