This amendment amends the RFQ template to add tabs for option years one (1) through four (4) with an option for an additional six (6) month period if needed. Each option year tab must be filled in to be a complete package.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Submit written offers IAW CLIN structure outlined in announcement. A quote template sheet has been provided. Oral offers will not be accepted. 4. All questions or comments must be provided to the Contract Specialist (CS) in writing via email NLT 25 June 2018. Answers will be posted on or about 28 June 2018. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted.
