Contract Opportunity:  Air Data Processor (ADP) Repair

Solicitation for this requirement is being issued by AFSC/PZAAB (FA8538), and is due 4:00 PM EST, 8 March 2021.

This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract for the repair of the Air Data Processor (ADP), NSN: 6610-01-432-8459FX, PN: 2118952-5, to provide all of the necessary parts and labor to test and repair the ADP.  The repair of the ADP is performed as a Direct Sales Partnership Agreement (DSPA) with the Government (WR-ALC/EMXG), supporting requirements generated for the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), 638th Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG), 409th Supply Chain Management Squadron (SCMS)/GUMCA.  The contract will consist of a Basic Ordering Period of twelve (12) months, six (6) Ordering Periods of twelve (12) months each, with an optional six (6) month extension after Ordering Period VI under the terms of FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.

The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to proceed utilizing Other Than Full and Open procedures in accordance with FAR Part 6.302.  The Government does not own any production level technical data in support of this requirement.  As a result, Honeywell International, CAGE 5Y043, is the only known source with adequate knowledge of the F-15E’s Air Data Processor’s performance requirements and possession of the required technical data and capabilities needed to repair this item and ensure compatibility of the equipment.

AMENDMENT 2:  PWS replaced, Travel CLIN added as CRNF;  Cost Reimbursement Clauses incorporated; CLIN X009 renamed to Travel and Per Deim, CLIN X010 and all SubCLINS under X010 are now Data CLINs, DFARS Clause 252.233-7999 incorporated.  New proposal due date is 19 November 2021, 4:00 PM.
