About this opportunity
The Department of the Army National Guard awarded a firm-fixed-price contract valued at $31,500 to the Air & Space Forces Association for advertising services on August 11, 2026.
The award, contract W50S8V26PA015, was made on a sole-source basis under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The requirement is advertising and promotional space placement at the AFA National Convention in Washington, DC, including leaflet placement in venue bathrooms and high-visibility positions throughout the convention space targeting Air and Space Force personnel and industry partners. The sole-source justification rests on AFA's exclusive ownership and operational control of the convention as a proprietary event; AFA holds sole administrative control and commercial rights over all advertising placements and venue space allocation, and no third-party vendors are authorized to broker physical advertising space inside the venue. Market research confirmed the AFA National Convention is uniquely operated by the Air & Space Forces Association with no third-party brokers authorized to sell advertising within the venue. The contracting activity is 167 MSC.
