Update #3 ·
Amendment to both the RFP (for IDIQ Contract) and RFQ (for Task Order)
are being made based on questions and to reflect changes in circumstances from the larger task and scope portrayed in the related RFI and Solicitation AG-8447-S-15-0005. There is FSA-APFO funding for the first task order awards. This funding must be obligated by September 18, 2015. Future FSA funding may not be available again until the end of the next fiscal year, as APFO is performing much of the scanning of its film internally. The Forest Service has 18,000 rolls of film with no internal scanning capacity at present and are likely to issue task orders if and as funding becomes available. Their film may be located at either APFO or a refrigerated storage at a Federal Records Center in Denver, Ft. Worth, or Kansas by the time they are able to issue a task order. NRCS has approximately 1,700 rolls for which they may also issue task orders if funding becomes available.
Amendment 1 to Continuation of AG-8447-S-15-0006 - Changes are in bold with a side bar in the right margin. Refer to table of changes for location of changes. Pagination of document has changed slightly.
Amendment 1 to first Task Order RFQ APFO-TO-7-15-1: many changes to include pricing structure to reflect that of the IDIQ with quantity/pricing ranges; replace entire task order and review carefully. Please note that minimum and maximum quantities listed in the RFQ refelect an estimated range of the total amount of work to be performed based on funding available to be divided among all contractors awarded a contract under the RFP. The range does NOT reflect the estimated quantities for each task order awarded.
Thank you for your patience with the many changes and for your questions.
