Naval Sea Systems Command, acting through Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, seeks fabrication and assembly of two fixture assemblies—a CHT Aeration Blower Fixture Assembly and a Discharge Silencer Fixture Assembly—with proposals due September 18, 2026 (extended from September 11). Questions close September 9.
This is an unrestricted commercial RFQ for firm fixed price award to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Place of performance is the contractor's facility, with delivery F.O.B. Destination to Newport, Rhode Island by January 15, 2027 or sooner. Shipping costs are included in unit price.

Deliverables include a Fabrication & Inspection Report (PDF, within 5 business days of assembly), on-site technical personnel during Government fitment evaluation at Newport (minimum 10 business days' notice), and a draft Summary Report (within 10 business days of fitment completion). The Government will provide feedback within 5 business days; contractor must submit final version within 3 business days thereafter. Final acceptance of the Summary Report is required for contract closeout.
Offerors must provide SAM registration, CAGE code, CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification with UIDs, and past performance data, evaluated through the Supplier Performance Risk System.
