The performance period is limited to 48 days from contract award, with a delivery deadline of September 30, 2025, to support the facility's summer 2025 research activities. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award, and the Q&A amendment clarifies that fiberglass with large acrylic panels is not acceptable for this application.
