Quoters may select delivery to either the U.S. Despatch Agency in Kent, Washington, with a 120-calendar-day delivery window, or directly to the U.S. Embassy Tokyo, with a 180-calendar-day delivery window; both locations require appropriate packing on forklift-ready pallets with detailed packing lists. The contract is firm fixed-price with all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation costs included in the quoted price, and the U.S. Embassy is exempt from Japanese consumption taxes. The place of performance is Tokyo, Japan, and quotations must be submitted in English with complete Standard Form 1449 pages, pricing schedules, representations and certifications, and proof of SAM registration.
