About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command seeks repairs and maintenance inspections on two Utility Terrain Vehicles at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, with quotations due June 25, 2026, and questions due June 18. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
Place of performance is the contractor's facility within a 50-mile radius of Fairchild AFB; the government will transport vehicles within that radius at government expense. The vehicles are a 2017 Polaris RZR and a 2026 Polaris Xpedition Adv. The 2017 RZR requires replacement of an ECM, chassis harness, weld-bolster, and bolts; the 2026 Xpedition Adv requires 26 OEM components including rotors, suspension assemblies, tie-rods, shocks, wheel hub, and frame. All work must comply with OEM specifications and industry best practices. Over-and-above repairs discovered during inspection require written Contracting Officer approval and will be negotiated separately through bilateral modification. The contractor must identify and address outstanding OEM recalls.
The NAICS code is 811111, General Automotive Repair, with a $9 million size standard. The PSC is J023. The contract is firm fixed-price with FOB destination. Quotations must include fixed unit prices for each vehicle's specified repairs, plus a Parts Markup percentage and hourly Shop Rate for potential modifications. Award will be based on price and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) ratings. The contract period of performance will be determined by the contractor's proposed lead time in calendar days from award. All prospective offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Prevailing wage rates apply per Wage Determination 2015-5537, Revision 28. Contractors are prohibited from using Class I Ozone Depleting Substances in testing, operation, or maintenance activities.
