The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 19 seeks one Arco-matic 300M Examination and Treatment Chair and related components for Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, with quotes due May 15 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time and questions due May 12 at 10:00 AM MT. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement.

Place of performance is 14400 E Jewell Ave, Aurora, CO 80012, with delivery F.O.B. Destination to the VA Medical Center at 1700 N Wheeling Street, Aurora, Colorado 80045. The chair must be new and current-generation (refurbished items not acceptable) with a factory-designed perineal cutout, electrically powered with adjustable height, backrest, seat tilt, and leg supports operable by hand and foot controls. Required specifications include maximum entry height of 22 inches, minimum 500-pound weight capacity, and capability to support upright, lithotomy, and near-horizontal positioning for urodynamic testing including uroflowmetry, cystometrogram, pressure-flow studies, electromyography, and urethral closure testing. The chair must operate on standard 120 VAC hospital power with no network connectivity requirement and include a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty. Installation by OEM-certified personnel includes full system assembly, configuration, operational verification, and basic operator training.
