Vendor questions must be submitted by February 11, 2026, at 12:30 PM, with quotes due by February 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. A mandatory site visit was held on February 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM to allow potential offerors to inspect the facility and gather information.

This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), with no incumbent contractor identified in the solicitation materials. The contract is structured as a firm fixed-price award under FAR Part 12 streamlined procedures with pricing submitted under designated CLINs for removal of existing railings, brackets, hardware, and installation of new equipment. The solicitation encompasses 83 total rooms, with removal and reinstallation of equipment required in 55 rooms and new fully integrated patient lift systems provided for rooms lacking existing equipment.
