About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22 is seeking a single award firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contractor to supply radiopharmaceuticals to VA Phoenix Healthcare System and VA Tucson Healthcare System in Arizona. The solicitation encompasses over 50 radiopharmaceutical products, including various Tc99m compounds, iodine isotopes, xenon products, indium compounds, gallium compounds, fluorine products, and related nuclear medicine supplies. Offerors must be Original Equipment Manufacturers, authorized dealers, authorized distributors, or authorized resellers, verified by manufacturer authorization letters on official letterhead; gray market and counterfeit items are not acceptable. The Government will award based on price as the sole evaluation factor. The original response deadline was February 13, 2026; however, Amendment 0003 issued on February 17, 2026 invalidated all previous submissions and requires new quotes acknowledging receipt of this amendment. The deadline for asking questions was February 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time, directed to Hestia Sim at Hestia.Sim@va.gov.
This solicitation does not include any set-aside designations and no incumbent contractor is identified. The contract is structured as a base year (April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027) plus two option years, with orders placed daily (Monday through Friday) by 4:30 PM for next-business-day delivery by 6:30 AM, with same-day delivery available upon request. The minimum guaranteed purchase amount is $250,000 per delivery order, while the maximum is $1,000,000; estimated annual quantities for individual products range from 1 to 8,000 units depending on the item. All shipping costs must be included in unit pricing with FOB Destination terms. Performance will occur at VA Phoenix Healthcare System (650 E Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85012) and VA Tucson Healthcare System (3601 S 6th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85723), with each VA station issuing annual delivery orders based on estimated requirements.

Update #4 · Latest ·
Solicitation/RFQ 36C26226Q0334 is hereby amended by Amendment 0003 as follows:
- Delete the line item: Remove line item – Quadramet from the schedule.
- Update Period of Performance: Revise B.2 Statement of Work to reflect that the Period of Performance (PoP) is now Base year plus Two option years. The updated PoP dates are reflected in the revised spreadsheet B.2 Price Cost Schedule – UPDATED v.3.
- Submission requirement: All previous submissions are hereby rendered invalid. Interested contractors must submit a new quote that incorporates these changes and acknowledges receipt of amendment 0003. Contractors remain responsible for ensuring all calculations are accurate and maintaining the correct excel form.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
See attached document: B.3 Price Cost Schedule - UPDATED v.3.
Update #3 ·
Amendment 0002 to Solicitation/RFQ 36C26226Q0334 is issued to clarify the F-18 DG dosage requirements. Participating VA Medical Centers require F-18 FDG in both forms: in multi-dose vial compatible with Bayer/MEDRED systems and in unit doses.
An updated B.3 Price/Cost Schedule (Version 2) is attached to this amendment. Please review and use this updated spreadsheet when preparing your quote. Contractors remain responsible for ensuring all calculations are accurate and maintaining the correct excel form. Contractors may use their own quote format; however, all submissions must reflect the changes outlined in this amendment.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
See attached document: B.3 Price Cost Schedule - UPDATED v.2.
Update #2 ·
Amendment 0001 to Solicitation/RFQ 36C26226Q0334 is issued to:
- Remove VAAR clause 852.212-71, Gray Market and Counterfeit Items, as the requested radiopharmaceuticals are not considered medical supplies or medical equipment.
- Delete line item 51, Ra-224 Disochloride UD uCi (Xofigo), from the B.2 Price Cost Schedule.
- Update the quantities of requested radiopharmaceuticals. Contractors must use the attached B.2 Price Cost Schedule – UPDATED version to provide pricing, total estimated annual cost, and total estimated contract value for base plus option years. Contractors remain responsible for accuracy of all calculations and ensuring the Excel format is correct.
- Clarify the minimum and maximum order threshold per delivery order. The solicitation establishes a multi-station Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Under this structure, each station will issue a delivery order with a one-year performance period. This means that each station will have a purchase order (PO) covering the annual requirement for radiopharmaceuticals. The annual cost will be estimated because the contract vehicle structure is IDIQ; actual quantities will be ordered as needed. The minimum guaranteed purchase amount is specified in the table included in the solicitation. This guarantee applies at the delivery order (PO) level, not per line item.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
