About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to a combined solicitation/RFQ for VA Phoenix and Tucson Radiopharmaceuticals under solicitation number 36C26226Q0334. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22, located in Long Beach, California, issued this amendment on February 13, 2026 (response deadline 10:00 AM Pacific Time). The amendment removes VAAR clause 852.212-71 (Gray Market and Counterfeit Items) because radiopharmaceuticals are not classified as medical supplies or medical equipment, deletes line item 51 (Ra-224 Disochloride UD uCi/Xofigo) from the pricing schedule, and updates quantities of requested radiopharmaceuticals. Contractors must use the updated B.2 Price Cost Schedule to provide pricing, total estimated annual cost, and total estimated contract value for base plus four option years. All calculations and Excel format accuracy remain the contractor's responsibility.
The solicitation establishes a multi-station Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed-price contract for radiopharmaceutical supplies to support VA Phoenix Healthcare System and VA Tucson Healthcare System in Arizona. Each VA station will issue annual delivery orders with one-year performance periods, with the minimum guaranteed purchase amount specified at the delivery order level rather than per individual line item. Shipping is FOB Destination with costs included in unit pricing. The Product Service Code is 6505, NAICS Code 325412, with point of contact Hestia Sim (Hestia.Sim@va.gov). All other terms and conditions from the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

DESCRIPTION
Amendment 0001 to Solicitation/RFQ 36C26226Q0334 is issued to:
i. Remove VAAR clause 852.212-71, Gray Market and Counterfeit Items, as the requested radiopharmaceuticals are not considered medical supplies or medical equipment.
ii. Delete line item 51, Ra-224 Disochloride UD uCi (Xofigo), from the B.2 Price Cost Schedule.
iii. Update the quantities of requested radiopharmaceuticals. Contractors must use the attached B.2 Price Cost Schedule – UPDATED version to provide pricing, total estimated annual cost, and total estimated contract value for base plus option years. Contractors remain responsible for accuracy of all calculations and ensuring the Excel format is correct.
iv. Clarify the minimum and maximum order threshold per delivery order. The solicitation establishes a multi-station Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Under this structure, each station will issue a delivery order with a one-year performance period. This means that each station will have a purchase order (PO) covering the annual requirement for radiopharmaceuticals. The annual cost will be estimated because the contract vehicle structure is IDIQ; actual quantities will be ordered as needed. The minimum guaranteed purchase amount is specified in the table included in the solicitation. This guarantee applies at the delivery order (PO) level, not per line item.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
