About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces is procuring audio-visual equipment and installation services to upgrade and expand the hybrid classroom capabilities at the 36th WSA/PDC facility at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The procurement involves a comprehensive hybrid classroom system featuring 21 specific line items including a robotic PTZ 4K ceiling-mounted camera with auto-tracking, control processors, mobile tablet integration, wireless microphone systems, ceiling speakers, audio mixers, HDMI transmitters and receivers, and matrix switchers designed to enable seamless interaction between online and in-person students. The system must allow physically present members to see and hear classroom content while enabling virtual students to observe instructors and participate in the virtual learning environment. The government will evaluate offers first for technical acceptability and then for price, awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract to the technically acceptable offer representing the best value. Key dates include a mandatory site visit on September 15, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. ChST, RFI submissions due by September 17, 2025, and quote submissions due by September 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. ChST following a recent amendment extending the original deadline.

Vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their Unique Entity Identity, CAGE code, Tax ID, and small business status with their submissions. The place of performance is specifically at Yigo, Guam, with installation access coordination required in advance through designated Air Force contacts. ***** End of Amendment*****
This 36th WSA/PDC is upgrading and expanding the Audio Visual equipment capability within their facility. The upgrade will consist of audio/visual and electronic components. Installation of camera, speakers, processor, tablet and docking system. Physically present members must be able to see and hear content in the classroom and virtual students must be able to see and hear content in the virtual realm while being able to observe the instructor and guests.
