Pricing must encompass all materials, installation labor, submittals, safety compliance, testing, training, and warranty obligations (minimum 2 years for pumps and motors, 1 year for controls and workmanship). Work must be completed during the non-generation window of October 15 through February 14, with normal work hours limited to 7:00 AM–4:30 PM Monday through Thursday. The contractor must provide continuous temporary dewatering at 240 GPM minimum throughout construction and submit a Site-Specific Safety Plan and Job Hazard Analyses at least 10 and 5 business days prior to mobilization, respectively.
