All on-site personnel must possess active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearances. Required certifications include active Crestron Certified Programmer, Biamp Tesira, and Cisco Certified Field Technician credentials, with minimum three years of demonstrated experience supporting secure DoD VTC platforms and configuring Crestron NVX AVoIP systems on isolated LANs.
The contract runs from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027 (Base Year) with four option years extending through October 31, 2031. Services include quarterly preventative maintenance, maintenance and modification of existing custom Crestron control programs, coordination of Cisco Webex codec replacements under the Air Force GEMMS contract, and corrective emergency repair with Service Level Agreements mandating 24-hour response for Critical failures and 72-hour response for Routine issues.
