Description:  U.S. or foreign flag, Roll-on, Roll-off vessel(s) (multiple awards up to 2 vessels until government needs are filled) capable of carrying a portion of 238,689 square feet (8,637 short tons) of military cargo (helicopters, wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk) from a delineated cargo list.  Each vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 85,000 square feet of military cargo from the cargo list.  The Main Cargo Deck and Door Height Clearance shall be greater than or equal to 6.25 meters/20.5 feet and the minimum laden speed is 15 knots.
