About this opportunity

The Nevada Army National Guard is soliciting portable sanitation services to support the 1864 Military Traffic Command's annual training at Camp Navajo in Arizona. The procurement includes the delivery, servicing, and recovery of six chemical latrines and three handwashing stations across two separate training periods: June 12-19, 2026, and August 24-31, 2026. Contractors must ensure all equipment is delivered by 1600 hours on the first day of each period and recovered by 0900 hours on the final day, with at least two service visits during each operational window to maintain full functionality and stock levels. Evaluation will be based on timeliness of proposal submission, price competitiveness, technical capability to meet Performance Work Statement requirements, compliance with solicitation instructions, and past performance at the government's discretion. The solicitation deadline is May 13, 2026, and all quotations must remain valid for at least 15 days after the closing date. Award will be made to the lowest-priced offeror that meets all requirements at a fair and reasonable price, without discussions unless deemed necessary by the government.

This solicitation is designated as a total small business set-aside with a size standard of $9,000,000. No incumbent contractor information is provided in the available documentation. The contract is structured as a firm-fixed-price award with two separate line items corresponding to each training period, with identical equipment requirements for both June and August operations. Performance will take place at Camp Navajo, located at 14317 Veterans Drive in Bellemont, Arizona, with business operations required between 0800 and 1800 hours during the performance dates. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation necessary to perform services and must establish a quality control program with zero deviation standards for equipment functionality and cleanliness.
